Missed a week(isn)
So, I officially missed many days of posting. I was posting shit anyway. If I don’t turn this thing around by April 1, I’m quitting the blog entirely.

Nothing ever happens on a Sunday… except that time the world collapsed on a Sunday morning… those creatures jumped the barricades and headed for the sea…

Power of the press!
So, after looking astonishingly stupid on the local tv news, the state has agreed to fund an assistant again!
I’ve posted my craig’s list ad, I’m ready to go…
Thank yous to Mike Deeson, my mom, and the one or two good people in our state government who helped fight to right this wrong.
I’m actually really nervous… I just want to find someone good and have life feel okay again.

I was on the tv (2013)
So, my tv story ran last night, and I actually thought it came out really well. These stories often turn sappy, or just get exaggerated, or sensationalized, but Mike Deeson kept things factual.
The state took away my assistants, they’re spending more money than my assistants cost. Aside from screwing me over by taking away my assistants, the state wants us disabled folks living in hospitals and institutions. All facts.
Florida’s going backward.
