I just found a special respect for May. Because “May Day” happens. And apparently May Day is a holiday for workers.
And no american school ever mentioned that. I know about the great slave owners, the great nuking of other countries, etc. But a holiday celebrating actual workers? Somehow that slipped within the cracks.
They never tell you of May Day.

I’m sure our reasons are different, but I find May to be the most depressing month as well. It always seems like a good month to be self-destructive to me as well…I’m trying to avoid that this year. Good luck to you in that regard as well.

Hey Mike thanks for the CD, I went back to the shop and played it from start to finish loved it !!
I’m not fond of May, myself. But for me, it’s due to an abundance of family and social obligations that always leaves me broke and worn. Eh.
At least I’m taking vacation for part of the month!
Oh, and I do hope it improves for you. *nod* Only 27 days left!

Maybe I’m weird, but I don’t place much emotional significance on certain months or times of the year. Last May was last May and this May is this May. Every month is a new one to me. But yeah, that’s just how I look at it. *shrug*
