Dead iMac
So, my main computer, the new 27″ iMac, it over-heated, and crashed, and died. It has stayed dead. I imagine that the fan quietly left this world days or weeks ago, the machine’s insides cooked, and now it is no more. I’m trying to write this with dark humor, but I’m miserable.

That really sucks. Apple’s had a reputation for overheating… are you covered/under warranty?
Man I wish I would have known… My laptop was getting crazy as hot and I found a free utility that let’s you up the fan speeds, etc. I put that on there more than a year or so ago and haven’t had a heating prob since.
